Drogba, 17, was part of Premier League side Chelsea's Academy, where Didier earned cult-hero status during his nine seasons in England. But the former Ivory Coast striker also represented Antoine Kombouaré's side - who are renowned for their esteemed youth academy in France. The former Blues striker congratulated his son on the move via his official Instagram account; "Couldn't be more proud of you Isaac Drogba." Isaac will now join up with the club's development squad with the hope of forcing his way into the first-team alongside South African midfielder Lebogang Phiri. Guingamp are currently in 10th place in the French top-flight after securing a credible top-half finish last season.
